By signing this agreement, you are expressing your intent to book this flight. If the operator confirms the flight is available, you will be expected to proceed with booking and payment. Please only sign if you are committed to flying.

Empty-Leg Flight Volatility

Empty-leg flights are repositioning flights operated by charter carriers. These flights are subject to change or cancellation by the operator at any time prior to departure, as they are dependent on the primary charter itinerary. While rare, schedule changes, route modifications, or cancellations may occur without advance notice. In the event of a cancellation, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Broker Disclosure

UpLeg acts solely as an air charter broker arranging charter air transportation on behalf of clients. We do not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft and are not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers or equivalent foreign-certificated carriers. The operating carrier for your flight is solely responsible for the safety, operation, and conduct of each flight.

Insurance Disclosure

UpLeg does not hold liability insurance covering charterers, passengers, or property on charter flights. All liability insurance is maintained by the operating carrier. We recommend confirming the operating carrier’s insurance coverage and limits before your flight.

Payment

Payment for this flight is made directly to the operating carrier. UpLeg does not collect, process, or hold any funds for flight services. Payment terms and methods are determined by the operating carrier.
